Ripple Fiber, a leading 100-percent fiber-optic internet provider and network operator, is celebrating the launch of its high-speed fiber internet service to homes and businesses in Naperville, Illinois. As its subscriber base grows in nearby Elk Grove Village, residents are already experiencing the benefits of the provider’s initial $104 million infrastructure investment in DuPage County and Cook County. This milestone comes less than one year after Ripple Fiber announced its expansion into Illinois.

“Since launching service to our first Illinois customers back in November 2025, we have made significant strides with our residential and business packages, providing more options and enhanced capabilities that really set us apart from the competition,” said Greg Wilson, founder and CEO of Ripple Fiber. “Prioritizing innovation, reliability, and impact, Ripple Fiber delivers the high-speed fiber internet that communities, like Naperville, need to thrive.”

With Ripple Fiber, residents gain access to a strong, dependable network built on symmetrical speeds, enhanced security, and exceptional reliability. Residential packages start at $40, with options scaling up to 8 Gig to fit every household’s needs.

“Essential to innovation”

“Reliable infrastructure and strong connectivity are not just important, but essential to innovation, growth, and long-term success for businesses and communities alike,” said Kaylin Risvold, president and CEO of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce. “Ripple Fiber’s investment in Naperville reflects the strength of this market and supports the continued growth, competitiveness, and momentum of our local economy.”

Construction also continues in areas of Elk Grove Village, Naperville, and Streamwood.

Additional municipalities that are in the pre-construction phase include Aurora, Downers Grove, Glendale Heights, and Plainfield. Residents in these areas can expect to receive direct communications from Ripple Fiber via direct mail and door hangers, which will provide details regarding planned construction activity. Further information on the construction and installation processes is also available on Ripple Fiber’s website.

As the network rollout continues, residents are encouraged to pre-order if located in an upcoming area, while those in neighborhoods with live service can now schedule their installation by phone, online, or in person. The local Ripple Fiber office is located at 945 W. Hawthorn Dr., Itasca, Ill.
