CRG Residential is celebrating an exciting milestone after unveiling three multifamily communities, representing $167.5 million in investment across three states.

Three multifamily communities by CRG Residential have added 600 apartments across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, the Indiana-based developer announced this week.
At least one of the communities, The Slate Apartments in Union Township, Ohio, advertises 1-gigabit fiber internet and EV charging, with another community — The Vault on Main in Evansville, Indiana — also boasting EV charging and an underground parking garage.

Like those two communities, leasing is also available at the Charles at Coventry in north Lexington, CRG Residential announced.
CRG Residential CEO Christopher Reid spoke about what the news means for the company as a whole.
“Opening three communities in a short period is an exciting milestone for our team,” Reid said. “We take a long-term approach to every development, investing in communities where we believe quality housing can support continued growth and create lasting value.”
CRG says they’ve now developed more than 5,000 units in 23 developments across the Midwest.
The company’s president — Dave Powers — also commented, saying CRG continues to have a formula for success.
“We target desirable, high-growth communities with favorable demographics, convenient access to retail and amenities, excellent access to major thoroughfares and meaningful barriers to new competition,” Powers said. “Those fundamentals help support durable demand over the long term.”
