A new “full-service infrastructure connectivity company” backed by Grain Management, LLC has debuted in the United States.

Three companies have been brought together under one banner to design, construct, deploy, and manage digital infrastructure throughout the United States.
Trueline Infrastructure Solutions, which announced their launch yesterday, already includes a team of over 400 employees and includes teams from Atlantic Engineering Group (AEG), Fiber Optic Services (FOS), and Young’s Communications, LLC (Y-COM).
Rob Hughart, the CEO of Trueline Infrastructure Solutions, said the rebranding is about more than just a name change. He called it the start of something monumental.
“It’s about aligning with our new mission, vision, and values, which have been shaped by our past experiences, our people, and the rich history of each of these companies,” Hughart said.
According to Trueline’s announcment, the firm hopes to create new standards of excellence with comprehensive turnkey solutions.
Chad Crank, the managing director at Grain Management, said Grain is excited to see Trueline’s impact in the marketplace.
“The launch of Trueline Infrastructure Solutions marks a pivotal moment, aligning the company’s strategic direction with the growth and innovation demanded by today’s digital landscape,” Crank said. “This seamless integration of combined expertise positions Trueline as a leader in delivering critical solutions to meet the evolving needs of its customers.”
In addition to turnkey solutions, Trueline’s announcement revealed the firm’s seeks to leverage innovative digital solutions to seamlessly integrate operations, streamline processes, and align technology with the goals of their clients.
According to Trueline’s announcment, the company, headquartered in Myrtle Beach, operates 68 satellite facilities around the country delivering services to “rural and underserved areas throughout the United States.”
