Jon Bird has been appointed to the role of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Vyve Broadband.

Vyve Broadband (Vyve) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Bird as the company’s new Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this role, Bird will oversee Vyve’s customer acquisition strategy, brand development, community engagement, and marketing efforts across its national footprint.

A seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience, Bird brings deep expertise in global brand development, go-to-market strategy, and data-driven marketing. Most recently, he served as Director of Go-to-Market Strategy and Integrated Marketing Planning at AT&T, where his leadership drove 1.7 million wireless net adds, 1 million fiber net adds, and approximately 27% revenue growth in 2024.

Bird’s background includes leading large-scale international marketing teams and initiatives across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. He has also held senior leadership roles at American Airlines, where he directed global marketing communications, brand activation, and a $30 million sponsorship portfolio that included marquee partnerships with SoFi Stadium and the Dallas Cowboys

He succeeds Melanie Hannasch, who previously served as SVP of Sales and Marketing before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer earlier this year.
