Building on their established presence in St. Petersburg and Lakeland, Tillman Fiber has launched fiber-internet services in several new locations across Florida, the ISP recently announced.

As a result, residents in Northport, Kissimmee, Deltona, and Hernando County can connect to Tillman Fiber’s network through T-Mobile Fiber, with which Tillman Fiber has a partnership.

Comments from Ed Chan, the CEO of Tillman Fiber, said the latest launch underscores Tillman Fiber’s commitment to serving more Florida communities.

Through our partnership with T-Mobile, we’re combining forces to deliver the best-in-class internet experience to meet Florida’s growing digital needs,” Chan stated.

T-Mobile Fiber, powered by Tillman Fiber’s network in the area, offers plans at 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps or 2 Gbps, according to Tillman Fiber’s release.

Overall, Tillman Fiber has a goal of making its fiber network available to 100,000 residents across Florida.

The ISP, which has primarily served customers along Florida’s western coast, plans to begin expanding to other parts of the state, the company’s announcement stated.

Among communities listed as being eyed for future near-term deployments were Palm Beach County and Sunrise, according to Tillman Fiber’s release.

Last year, Tillman Fiber additionally announced “the successful closing of $815 million in committed debt financing.”

According to Tillman Fiber’s website, the committed debt financing will provide for up to $200 million worth of additional term loans.
