Houston-area based Fidium has named Dennis “Denny” L. Randolph, Jr. as its new chief financial officer and treasurer, the company announced today. Randolph replaces Fred Graffam, who left the company recently. In his new role, Randolph will oversee accounting, financial strategy, planning and analysis, along with tax and investor relations as Fidium pursues further expansion of its fiber network.

Randolph joins Fidium after serving as CFO, chief strategy officer, and treasurer at TNS, where the release from Fidium says he led global finance and operational teams and was involved in more than 25 acquisitions and divestitures.

The announcement highlights his capital markets experience, noting that he has led debt transactions, security offerings, dividend recapitalizations, and leveraged buyouts. He also previously held roles as president of TNS’ communications market business, senior vice president and corporate controller, and worked earlier at EY and Arthur Andersen as a telecom and technology auditor.

“Denny’s significant experience in developing fiscal and operational strategies will be instrumental to the next chapter of our growth,” Fidium CEO Gaurav Juneja said in the release, adding that Randolph will help the company execute its aim to become “America’s favorite and fastest-growing fiber provider.”

Juneja also thanked Graffam for four years of service, saying his contributions helped build a “strong and sustainable financial foundation” for Fidium’s growth.

Randolph said he is joining “at a moment of real momentum” and intends to focus on strengthening performance, supporting expansion and delivering reliable high‑speed connectivity. The company describes itself as a next‑generation fiber internet and network services operator focused on unserved and underserved communities, with an emphasis on customer experience and a growing national fiber footprint.
