Patten Properties announced the final release of homesites at Republic Grand Ranch, capping off a successful run for the Montgomery County acreage community as it nears completion.
The July 30 announcement comes on the heels of the neighborhood being named the Houston Chronicle’s Best of the Best Community.
With just 30 properties left, the milestone marks the final opportunity for buyers to purchase directly from the developer in a neighborhood that has grown significantly since opening in 2021. Patten Properties said.
The final phase features cul-de-sac wooded 1.5-acre homesites starting at $119,900, alongside creek properties and select 7- and 8-acre options. Like the rest of the community, these final lots come with no required build timeline, giving buyers the flexibility to build whenever they’re ready, according to Patten Properties.
Located just north of The Woodlands near Interstate 45 and Lake Conroe, Patten Properties says Republic Grand Ranch offers high-elevation wooded settings, high-speed fiber internet, underground utilities, low taxes without a municipal utility district tax, private parks, walking trails, and an 8-acre fishing lake.
“It’s hard to believe our developer sales are nearing the end,” said Blake Boyer, sales manager for Patten Properties.
