Nominations are open until Friday for the Broadband Communities Awards, including the newly introduced “Property of the Year Award” category.

This year’s expanded categories in the Broadband Communities Awards includes the Property of the Year Award.
The category is open to property developers, owners, managers, and other housing providers who have developed, renovated or upgraded a residential or mixed-use property with a focus on technology to enhance the experience of residents and users.
The Broadband Communities Awards, formerly the Cornerstone Awards, have been an important recognition of excellence as part of the Broadband Communities Summit since 2004.
Entries are free and you can nominate in as many categories as you like. This year’s winners will be announced at the awards ceremony at the beginning of Day 3 of Broadband Communities Summit 2025, at the George R. Brown Convention Center, Texas on June 25, 2025.
