Verizon
Verizon reported another quarter of Fios broadband growth as its video service base declines due to migration to online video platforms.

AT&T
AT&T is on track with its fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP) build out strategy, reporting that more new subscribers signed up for the service during the first quarter of 2021. The telco added 235,000 more fiber broadband connections in the first quarter, giving it a total of nearly 5.2 million.

Corning
Corning is seeing the fruits of its service provider customer network expansion projects, reporting that first-quarter 2021 optical sales rose 18 percent year-over-year to $937 million.

April 28
Altice USA
Driven by strong broadband revenue growth, Altice USA’s first quarter revenue grew 1.2 percent to $2.48 billion.
April 29
Comcast
Comcast reported that first quarter revenue rose 2.2 year-over-year to $27.2 billion. The cable MSO continued to rein in strong broadband results, adding 461,000 new subscribers.
Consolidated Communications
Consolidated reported first quarter revenue totaled $324.8 million due to a rise in consumer broadband and commercial sales.
April 30
Charter
Charter had another strong quarter of revenue and broadband growth. It reported that it added 334,000 new residential Internet customers with total revenue of $12.5 billion.
Frontier Communications
Frontier reported consolidated first quarter revenue was $1.68 billion, down 6.3 percent year-over-year. While overall Data and Internet Services revenue decreased $13 million in the first quarter of 2021, Frontier’s fiber broadband revenues grew by $19 million in the first quarter of 2021 compared to the prior year.
Shentel
Shentel’s first quarter revenue grew 12.3 percent to $59.7 million due to strong broadband and tower results.
May 5
ADTRAN
Adtran’s first quarter revenue was $127.5 million as demand for its fiber access platforms, in-home service delivery platforms and software platforms with regional service providers across the U.S. and Europe continues to rise.
Lumen
Lumen reported $475 million in net income for the first quarter 2021, up from $314 million for the first quarter 2020.
May 6
CommScope
CommScope’s first quarter net sales increased 2 percent year-over-year to $2.1 billion for consolidated company. Momentum in Broadband Networks continues with 29 percent increase in net sales and growth in both Network Cable & Connectivity and Network & Cloud.
