The most recent addition to the lineup is SmartBiz, a fully managed Wi-Fi solution tailored for the city’s small business community. SmartBiz delivers secure, high-performance internet, customer-facing tools, and built-in network protection, bringing enterprise-grade service to local businesses without the complexity or cost of traditional providers.

With SmartBiz, eligible business owners can easily manage separate WiFi networks for staff, customers, and point-of-sale systems. The Connexion SmartBiz app puts network control at their fingertips, allowing them to monitor usage, enable built-in security features, and create a professional, branded guest WiFi experience. The system supports both wired and wireless devices and offers optional mobile backup to help ensure uninterrupted service during connectivity disruptions.
