Blue Stream Fiber and Asurion have entered into a partnership to facilitate offerings like advanced tech care and device protection.
Brad Feldman, a senior vice president with Blue Stream Fiber, said the partnership will elevate the value that Blue Stream Fiber brings to the table in communities the company serves.
Feldman said Blue Stream Fiber has a mission to create “the ideal customer experience at every touchpoint.”
“Our new partnership with Asurion is a natural extension of that commitment—offering residents built-in support for all their connected devices, not just our services.”
Feldman’s comments, included with Blue Stream Fiber’s release, said the partnership also serves as a meaningful addition, enhancing everyday life for customers.
As part of the partnership, Asurion will repair or replace devices, or provide reimbursements, once claims from customers have been approved.
Wendy Lowenthal, speaking on behalf of Asurion, said Asurion was “proud to share the Asurion experience with Blue Stream Fiber customers.”
“When the devices we rely on stop working, life is interrupted,” Lowenthal also said. “We know how important it is to get tech back up and running quickly.”
Asurion, based in Nashville, has a network of thousands of tech experts nationwide.
“Asurion’s network is uniquely optimized to support every step of the customer’s device journey, from setup to troubleshooting, repair, or replacement, and everything in between,” Blue Stream Fiber’s release stated.
