BAM Broadband is looking ahead as their fiber internet expansion project in Tempe, Arizona gets well underway.

“We are proud to bring world-class fiber internet service to Tempe backed by our reputation for reliable internet and simple, customer-friendly plans – with speeds ranging from 1 to 8 Gbps,” said Jack Koo, BAM’s CEO. “Our continued investment in our network infrastructure ensures that Tempe residents can count on the fastest speeds with the highest quality of service for years to come. In fact, BAM just recently upgraded speeds for both new and existing customers in Arizona offering higher speeds for the same, low price.”

BAM further distinguishes itself from incumbent providers with the recent introduction of a Price Lock Guarantee on all plans 2 Gbps and above – for as long as you’re a customer of BAM. This guarantee underscores BAM’s commitment to transparent pricing, ensuring that customers enjoy reliable, high-speed internet without the worry of hidden fees and continuing price hikes in the future.

BAM began engineering work on its Tempe fiber construction project earlier this year. Work is already underway to complete BAM’s tie into Tempe, and construction into the first set of neighborhoods is scheduled to start in the coming weeks. The project will continue through 2026 ultimately bringing high-speed fiber internet to tens of thousands of additional homes, businesses, and multi-dwelling units. The first homes reached during initial construction are expected to be service-ready by Q1 2026, if not sooner.

The company’s growth in Tempe is part of its broader expansion across Arizona and Colorado, including ongoing builds in the Scottsdale and South Denver Metro areas, including Parker as well as Douglas and Jefferson County. BAM also expects to announce additional markets in both states through the end of 2025 and beyond. BAM’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Donald Ray, emphasized the company’s commitment to being a market disrupter while forging strong, long-term community partnerships.

“Plainly put, we are the opposite of the internet experience you’re used to,” said Ray. “We want to be good neighbors and the way to do that is to ensure that our team is, quite literally, your neighbor. When you interact with our team, you’re often interacting with people from either your community or a surrounding community. Our local team delivers faster, more reliable internet without the endless cycles of price hikes and service interruptions you’ve likely experienced elsewhere. In fact, we’re so dedicated to transparency that we offer a Price Lock Guarantee for most plans, along with service discounts for active and retired military personnel and customers aged 65 and older. But our investment goes beyond internet service – we also invest in our communities. We care about the same things our community cares about. We’re not here to just deliver fast internet – we’re here to be a growth and innovation catalyst in the communities we serve.”
