Ritter Communications, a provider that serves as the official broadband partner for the city of Jonesboro, Arkansas, has opened up a new brick and mortar location in the community.
A new retail location in Jonesboro, where Ritter Communications is headquartered, will seek to enroll customers and share information with local residents and businesses about the company’s RightFiber broadband services.
The storefront, located at 3106 Southwest Drive, is part of the company’s expanded presence in Arkasnas. Earlier this month, Ritter Communications announced two fiber-to-the-home projects, with a combined price tag of $4.3 million, will deliver fiber-optic services to residents and businesses in Russellville, home to Arkansas Tech University, and neighborhoods in nearby Morrilton.

In November, Ritter Communications announced a $1.8 million investment that will bring the company’s broadband services to neighborhoods in Walnut Ridge and Hoxie. Later that month, the company announced an additional investment, totaling $2.4 million, to deliver broadband to Pine Bluff and White Hall.
Ritter Communications CEO Alan Morse said his company was excited to celebrate the opening of the Jonesboro location.
“This storefront is a physical extension of our commitment to providing the best in local customer service Ritter Communications is known for,” he said in an announcement about the storefront’s grand opening.
RightFiber services have been expanded to 50 communities since being launched in 2021, according to a summary provided by Ritter Communications.
