Internet speeds of up to 5 Gbps, upgradeable to 10 Gbps, will be available for residents of the first signature multifamily community at the Wyld Oaks development in NW Orlando.

Residents of a future multifamily community at Wyld Oaks, a 215-acre master-planned mixed-use development in the Orlando area, will be able to leverage connectivity offered by the development’s own fiber connectivity network.
The new project, being developed by the Atlanta-based Hathaway Development affiliate Dewfall Hathaway, will be known as Exchange at Wyld Oaks. When it’s finished, the project will result in a 325-resident multifamily community and serve as Wyld Oaks’ first signature multifamily community, Wyld Oaks said.
“The current residential construction builds upon major infrastructure already completed across the site, including main roads, sidewalks, landscaping, street lights, hardscaping, core utilities, and the underground conduit for WyldTech, the fiber connectivity network serving all of Wyld Oaks,” an October 15 release from Wyld Oaks said. “WyldTech will offer internet on day one of move-in, with speeds of up to 5 Gbps, upgradeable to 10 Gbps.”
Wyld Oaks said the project is also receiving institutional equity financial backing from Carlyle Realty Partners X.
“Exchange at Wyld Oaks will introduce a discerning resident base into a walkable, amenitized environment planned around healthcare, connectivity, dining, retail, parks, recreation, entertainment, and daily services — all within a setting that celebrates the natural beauty and outdoor character of northwest Orange County,” the release from Wyld Oaks stated.
Within two miles of the site, Wyld Oaks says 2,200 new homes are under construction with more than 13,000 planned.
“This is the project’s first multifamily co-creator to go vertical, bringing the first new rooftops inside the eagerly anticipated live + shop + heal + work + stay destination,” Wyld Oaks said in their announcement.
