Spot On Networks

A list featuring unsung heroes in managed Wi-Fi would not be complete without Spot On Networks. The company has been a pioneer when it comes to delivering property-wide Wi-Fi and providing MDUs with smart management tools that boost efficiency. They also offer streamlined resident onboarding and have forged powerful partnerships, including with Ubiquiti Networks, Ruckus, and Cisco. Through Verizon Fios, Verizon offers a custom Wi-Fi package with simple installations. They say it’s a turnkey, person-to-person solution that can be installed property wide, for both indoors and outdoors coverage. With that, Verizon offers 24/7 customer support through Verizon Communications. Currently, Verizon Fios is available in New York, Virginia, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. They’re also in Washington DC. According to Verizon, their Verizon 5G Home Internet additionally provides typical download speeds of 300 Mbps and max speeds up to 1Gbps, with their 5G Internet Gateway and Wi-Fi 6 routers.

Internet Subway

Offering what they bill as the next generation of multifamily internet service, Internet Subway says their fast-track revenue streams and custom-built digital infrastructure sets them apart. Their integration partners include companies like Yardi and RealPage, and the company says they’ve added value “where it counts,” according to their website. So far, Internet Subway claims to have created an additional $112 million in property value, and $5 million in additional recurring annual NOI, thanks to their ability to provide Wi-Fi “that truly feels like home.”

Wanaport

Wanaport says their managed Wi-Fi for multifamily communities can generate consistent revenue of up to $40 per unit per month. Reliable move-in ready Wi-Fi isn’t only a necessity, it’s an opportunity, argues Wanaport’s website. Wanaport also says their managed Wi-Fi is “IoT ready. Additionally, the company offers financing options they consider flexible to help futureproof properties.

Pavlov Media

Pavlov Media’s future-ready Wi-Fi networks for multifamily properties include a smart design process, with detailed site surveys to ensure networks align to the needs of individual properties. With operations across 44 states, and at least 325 communities served, Pavlov Media is also among industry leaders regarding service to student housing communities, HOAs, and planned communities. Pavlov Media additionally takes pride in delivering measurable ROI for the properties they partner with.
