A communications software vendor and a provider of software-defined wide-area networks are joining forces on a new strategic partnership that hopes to simplify many edge network deployments.

Adaptiv Networks and Telco Systems have announced a strategic partnership they hope will simplify edge network deployments to “large enterprises, telecommunications providers, and managed service providers worldwide.”
The companies announced the partnership Tuesday with an announcement providing more details.
“By combining Adaptiv’s secure SD-WAN and SASE technology with Telco Systems’ Edgility FlexConnect platform, the partnership delivers an agile, high-performance solution that enables reliable, secure, and easily managed edge to cloud connectivity for large-scale networks,” their announcement stated.
Adaptiv Networks is described as a leading provider of cloud-native SD-WAN solutions, the announcement stated.
Meanwhile, a description of Telco Systems labeled the firm as “a leader in edge connectivity and network virtualization solutions.”
Execs from both companies laud partnership
Bernard Breton, the CEO of Adaptiv Networks, offered comment included with Tuesday’s joint announcement.
“Telco Systems’ Edgility FlexConnect platform brings significant advancements in edge connectivity management,” Breton said. “By partnering with Telco Systems, we’re excited to offer a solution beyond just virtualized SD-WAN, that can be easily planned, deployed, and managed, at scale, enabling enterprises to benefit from the advanced SD-WAN and SASE capabilities of Adaptiv Networks alongside other key functions and applications.”
General Manager of the Americas Jason Hyatt, with Telco Systems, also commented on the news.
“We are proud to partner with Adaptiv Networks to bring advanced SD-WAN and SASE, combined with Edgility’s large-scale edge orchestration solutions to our customers, worldwide,” Hyatt said. “Together, Adaptiv and Telco Systems empower businesses to seamlessly deploy and manage secure, high-performance edge networks across thousands of locations.”
Hyatt elaborated, saying it would reduce the complexity managing disparate systems. He also said it would bring down operating costs.
“The Adaptiv partnership enables Telco Systems to expand its service portfolio to SD-WAN and SASE,” the release stated.
