Intelligent door entry and access control systems are only some of the new enhancements residents at The Vistas at Brighton will see, thanks to a recent launch of services from STELLAR Broadband.

The luxury apartment community, which includes over 230 units, is the first development to launch STELLAR’s services in Brighton, where the ISP is pursuing a larger network expansion effort.

Other amenities The Vistas will enjoy included keyless access, key replacement solutions, IP-based security and CCTV systems, and engineered community-wide Wi-Fi, according to STELLAR’s recent release.

The ISP also said the community will now enjoy ultra-fast 10 gigabits per second symmetrical fiber internet, which STELLAR claims is the fastest residential service currently available in Michigan.

Additionally, Richard Laing, the president of STELLAR Broadband, said the launch of services at The Vistas marks an exciting new chapter for the East Lansing-based ISP.

“This community is our first footprint in the city, and it reflects exactly what STELLAR stands for—unmatched connectivity, forward-thinking technology, and a commitment to enhancing everyday life,” Laing said.

STELLAR’s release describes The Vistas, operated by DTN Management, as a mix of apartments that blends modern design and scenic views. The community also boasts walkable access to Brighton’s shops, dining, and recreational trails.

“Nestled in a vibrant and growing downtown, the community is designed to deliver both convenience and sophistication in a picturesque setting,” the ISP’s release stated.

Collaboration between STELLAR and DTN has also been ongoing. According to STELLAR, the partnership between the companies has lasted over 20 years and has included nearly 100 communities.
