Ripple Fiber, a fiber optic internet provider based in the Charlotte, has agreed to the partial acquisition of CloudWyze, assuming ownership of all fiber internet assets and fiber customers. With the local infrastructure spanning over 13,000 homes, this pending transaction grows Ripple Fiber’s North Carolina network into Harnett, Martin, and Nash counties. The expansion of Ripple Fiber’s world class and lightning-fast network into areas outside of the former CloudWyze network is coming soon.
