An advanced network expansion being undertaken by Ritter Communications in Paducah, Kentucky is expected to be complete by the summer of 2025.

The network expansion project will bring Ritter’s RightFiber services to Paducah residents and businesses, Ritter’s Nov. 5 release stated.

According to Ritter Communications, backing the project is a $13 million investment from the firm.

“We’re excited to launch our network expansion into Paducah, a city we’ve admired for quite some time,” said Heath Simpson, Ritter’s CEO. “It’s a vibrant community with an impressive focus on economic development.”

Simpson added that the investment represents Ritter’s willingness to invest in the communities they serve.

“RightFiber offers the leading edge in technological capabilities ensuring Paducah’s connectivity needs are met now and into the future,” he said.

Additionally, Ritter’s release included comments from Paducah Chamber of Commerce President Sandra Wilson.

“Businesses and communities excel when they have access to high-quality internet,” Wilson said.

Wilson also called the investment “a leap forward for our local businesses.”

Meanwhile, in Texarkana, work has begun on a $7 million project to expand RightFiber services to area neighborhoods.

Currently, Ritter serves over 57,000 customers in Arkansas, Texas, Missouri, and Tennessee.
