This year, for the first time ever, Broadband Communities will recognize the top property management and ownership firms in the U.S. that are setting the standard for multifamily connectivity.

Complete our form below by our August 29 deadline to tell us why your company (or a company you’ve come to respect) should make the cut.

Let us also know some basic details about the company in question, and please describe why you think they’re worthy of consideration for the Multifamily Top 100.

Selections will be based on a variety of factors. We’ll consider factors like smart building technologies that have been implemented, partnerships that have been established, and percentage of units connected to high-speed, reliable internet.

Whether it’s fiber-to-the-unit, building-wide Wi-Fi, or cutting-edge smart community features, we’re looking to highlight the firms making meaningful investments in multifamily connectivity.
