Residents and businesses in Firestone, Colorado will soon be able to select HyperFiber as their internet provider.
HyperFiber, based in Chesterfield, Missouri, announced construction has begun on a network in the community earlier this week.
According to the company’s announcement, more than 5,000 locations in Firestone will be able to access HyperFiber’s services when the project is completed.
Don Conyac, the mayor of Firestone, called the development “the start of a very long-awaited project.”
“The residents of Firestone have waited a long time for this opportunity,” Conyac said. “If the HyperFiber personnel I met today are any indication of the service and dedication of this company, then Firestone will be in good hands.”
According to HyperFiber, the ISP’s customers can choose from multiple plans, all with no contracts, data caps, equipment charges or installation fees.
The firm also offers “Gig for Life” plan, which HyperFiber described as a guaranteed rate for life on all Gig packages for customers in good standing.
Dan Klein, the chief marketing officer for HyperFiber, said the company hopes to set itself apart with a simple product and simple pricing.
“We are dedicated to breaking away from large cable providers, providing a reliable product that is transparent and simple to understand,” Klein said.
