Nominations are less than a month away from closing for the 2026 Broadband Communities Awards. Here’s how to place a free nomination (or several!).

Time remaining to place free nominations for the 2026 Broadband Communities Awards is limited as a deadline of April 26 approaches in several weeks.

Winners for this year’s awards will be announced during a ceremony at the end of Day 1 at the Broadband Communities Summit in August.

As in previous years, applicants may submit as many nominations as they’d like across all categories.

The Broadband Communities Awards, which have been running since 2004, are refined each year with relevant categories and an enhanced judging process to amplify the recognition’s credibility and transparency.

“The aim is to recognize achievements in broadband and connectivity for all communities and municipalities, including residential multifamily (apartments, campus housing, active adult communities) and planned communities (multi-home developments, renewed urban areas). This means that for most categories, applications are accepted from these organizations and their partners,” the awards’ webpage reads.
