CHR Solutions, a trusted provider of engineering, cybersecurity, and software solutions for communications service providers (CSPs), has announced that Granite State Communications has successfully deployed CHR’s Omnia360e BSS/OSS platform to enhance customer service, simplify operations and expand digital offerings.

CHR Solutions’ Activations team led the project using its Solutions Delivery Process (SDP), guiding Granite State through a successful implementation that included best-practice workflows, field tools, automated activation, dashboards and ecommerce solutions. CHR’s process is designed to ensure minimal disruption, maximize adoption and deliver measurable operational improvements.
