Kansas City, KSGoogle announced that, after months of building its new fiber infrastructure as part of its Kansas City fiber initiative, it is now starting to connect homes. The company has informed Kansas City residents that home connection installations will take place in two stages. First, fiber from the street will be pulled to the side of each house. Then customers will be contacted to schedule the in-home installation.

Google is also circulating a video to help customers understand what to expect as part of its goal of “one and done” — one visit, with everything working when they leave the home.
