A firm that has completed 65 network and data center evaluations for clients has decided to rebrand.
With the news, Broadband Success Partners will now be known as BSP, the company announced.
According to BSP’s release this month, the name change “signals the company’s growth and expansion into data center assessments.”
Due diligence evaluations BSP completed in 2024 included an effort that earned the firm’s recognition at the TMT M&A Awards for USA Fiber Deal of the Year.
That award, given to BSP, GI Partners, and other advisory entities, stemmed from the company’s work on T-Mobile’s deal to acquire of Metronet.
It marks the second consecutive year that BSP has won the award.
In 2023, the firm won for their work advising BlackRock on Gigapower, a joint venture with AT&T.
Jay Rolls, the CTO of BSP commented in the firm’s rebranding announcement.
He spoke to the firm’s projection that demand for due diligence evaluations is anticipated to grow significantly in 2025.
“Our clients will play a major role in data center (merger and acquisition) in 2025,” Rolls said.
Additionally, Rolls said BSP anticipates that clients will rely on them for data center technical due diligence “as they have for network evaluations.”
