Well over 120,000 homes will be added to the service footprint of Colorado-based service provider WOW! Internet, TV & Phone when construction of fiber networks in two greenfield markets is completed.

The company announced network construction has broken ground in Hernando County, Florida and Livingston County, Michigan.

In the announcement, released April 4, WOW! disclosed that the company has recently recorded “the most robust growth of its all-fiber network in the company’s 25-year history.”

When network construction in Hernando County, Florida is completed, WOW! hopes to add approximately 44,000 homes to their footprint. The larger project, in Michigan’s Livingston County, will result in approximately 80,000 homes being added to WOW!’s footprint, the company’s release stated.

WOW! has recently unveiled similar all-fiber networks in Central Florida and Greenville County, South Carolina, according to a summary of the company’s recent growth.

Teresa Elder, the CEO of WOW!, said the company is excited to see new communities benefit from WOW!’s services as the company continues to extend their footprint.

“Providing customers with an array of fast, value-priced and comprehensive choices when it comes to broadband services is at the core of what we do at WOW!,” Elder stated, according to the company’s release.
