DojoNetworks, the provider of ManagedWiFi+ solutions, has unveiled enhancements they say will be profit driving to Elemento, a network operations platform.

DojoNetworks, the only provider of ManagedWiFi+ solutions for multifamily communities, announced three significant profit-driving enhancements to Elemento, its unified client-management and network-operations platform.

The new capabilities—a fully redesigned dashboarding suite, an AI-powered customer support agent, and nationwide licensing availability for all ISPs and MSPs—are being showcased live at OPTECH 2025 in Las Vegas, Booth #219.

Elemento is a comprehensive “single pane of glass” for service providers, bringing together network automation, resident experience, property-manager oversight, performance monitoring, and revenue operations into one cohesive platform. Designed for MDUs delivering managed WiFi across apartments, student housing, senior living, and mixed-use properties, Elemento streamlines day-to-day operations and accelerates support resolution.

“We didn’t just add features; we engineered a platform to directly address the financial and operational pressures ISPs and MSPs face every day,” said Dan Myers, Founder and President of DojoNetworks. “Elemento 2.0 is the clearest path to boosting operational efficiency, eliminating support bottlenecks, and, most importantly, driving a significant, measurable improvement in Net Operating Income. This is about delivering better performance, not just software.”

Newly redesigned dashboarding experience

DojoNetworks has rebuilt Elemento’s dashboarding interface from the ground up to deliver a cleaner, faster, and more actionable operational view.

The new dashboard suite gives service providers:

  • Real-time performance views across APs, controllers, resident devices, circuits, and UPS systems
  • Multi-layered dashboards for property managers, regional managers, and portfolio executives
  • Predictive health indicators for service & connectivity quality, client usage, and bandwidth trends
  • Streamlined workflows for troubleshooting, upgrades, and resident support

This redesign enables network operators and property teams to see exactly what matters most in real-time, while eliminating the need for on-site property staff to provide technical support and dramatically improving issue resolution times.

AI-powered customer support agent

The new AI-enhanced support agent adds intelligent triage and guided troubleshooting directly into Elemento’s resident and operator workflows.

Key capabilities include:

  • Automated intake and resolution suggestions for common Wi-Fi issues
  • Predictive diagnostics based on historical device and network data
  • Integration with existing help desk tools such as Zendesk and Teams/Slack
  • 24/7 self-service options for residents, including credential resets, device checks, and upgrade paths

Combined with Elemento’s existing messaging automation and multi-vendor device telemetry, the AI agent helps ISPs, MSPs, and managed Wi-Fi providers reduce support loads while elevating the resident experience.

Vendor-agnostic licensing for ISPs and MSPs

For the first time, Elemento is available nationwide as a vendor-agnostic solution for all ISPs and MSPs seeking a unified, MDU-specific platform to optimize their existing infrastructure and avoid vendor lock-in.

Eligible organizations include:

  • Regional and national ISPs
  • MSPs and MSSPs serving multifamily communities
  • Fiber providers, WISPAs, LSPs, and MSOs
  • Hospitality and student-housing network operators

Elemento is software-only, integrates with existing network and OSS/BSS systems, and supports multi-vendor environments including RUCKUS, Cambium, TP-Link, OpenWiFi, MikroTik, and more. Service providers can now bring their own controllers, billing systems, ticketing platforms, and CRM tools, while relying on Elemento to unify operations, support, and revenue functions.
