DojoNetworks has appointed Michelle Norris as its new vice president of sales, the company announced, naming her to lead national revenue growth and strategic partnerships for its multifamily-focused connectivity business.
Norris joined DojoNetworks in October 2025 after a series of senior sales roles in the proptech and managed Wi-Fi sectors and will oversee the company’s national sales organization.
Norris arrives from Aerwave, where she was vice president and led a multistate expansion of managed Wi-Fi for multifamily properties, a stint during which she says she helped secure contracts covering more than 60,000 units through portfolio-level agreements.
Prior to that she held leadership positions at BAI Connect, directing residential sales, driving bandwidth upgrade initiatives and participating in acquisitions of two wireless internet companies, according to DojoNetworks.
In her new role, Norris will be charged with accelerating DojoNetworks’ national sales efforts as the firm seeks to expand its footprint in the competitive managed connectivity market for multifamily housing, DojoNetworks announced.
