BAM Broadband today announced construction on its new state-of-the-art fiber network in Aurora, Colorado. This project marks another major milestone in BAM’s continued investment across the Colorado Front Range and will provide the community with a much-needed alternative to traditional internet service providers.

“We are thrilled to break ground in the very near future and bring our world-class fiber internet directly to the residents and businesses of Aurora,” said Jack Koo, CEO of BAM Broadband. “Our mission is simple: provide reliable, symmetrical speeds up to 8 Gigabits per second (Gbps) with straightforward, customer-friendly plans. We understand that internet service is essential in today’s world, and our investment in Aurora’s network infrastructure ensures that residents will have access to the fastest speeds and most dependable service for years to come.”

Prioritizing customer value

BAM Broadband’s approach is centered on redefining the internet experience by prioritizing customer value and providing transparency. Key features of the service coming to Aurora include:

  • Ultra-fast, symmetrical speeds: Plans range from 1 Gbps up to a blazing 8 Gbps.
  • Price lock guarantee on all plans: Customers are guaranteed no price increases on their monthly service fee for as long as they remain a customer – eliminating the worry of relentless price hikes common with other providers.
  • No contracts or data caps: Simple, straightforward service with no expiration dates, hidden fees, or data limitations.

Engineering work for the Aurora expansion is already underway, with construction expected to begin in the first neighborhoods in the coming weeks, following permit approvals. Residents in some areas have likely seen BAM trucks in their neighborhoods as BAM collects the necessary information for permit approvals. The project is expected to continue through 2026 and 2027, ultimately bringing high-speed fiber internet service to thousands of homes and businesses across the city. The first homes are slated to be service-ready in mid-2026.

“We’re here to do more than deliver fast internet”

Donald Ray, Chief Development Officer at BAM Broadband, emphasized the company’s local commitment:

“Aurora is a vibrant, diverse community, and we’re here to do more than deliver fast internet—we’re here to be a true community partner,” stated Ray. “Plainly put, we’re the opposite of the frustrating internet experience many people have come to expect. As a Colorado-headquartered company, we employ local residents who live in the communities we serve. Our local team takes pride in delivering faster, more reliable internet with honesty and transparency. Our Price Lock Guarantee reflects that commitment. We also invest back into the communities we serve by offering service discounts for active and retired military personnel and customers aged 65 and older. We want to thank the City of Aurora and look forward to being great community partners.”

The Aurora build is a critical component of BAM Broadband’s broader expansion, which includes ongoing projects in the Denver Metro area.
