Amplex Internet recently had an on-site meeting with Charles Tassell, the USDA’s State Director, for Rural Development in Ohio, to celebrate the completion of Phase 1 of our fiber optic build-out that provides 5 gigabit fiber connectivity for rural Ottawa County.

Also in attendance was Anthony Tindall, USDA General Field Representative who has been fantastic to partner with in assisting Amplex to build out a new 100% fiber optic network throughout parts of Ottawa County.

Jim Meek and Sandra Shearon, Carroll Township Trustees also were in attendance to discuss how Amplex fiber optic service will benefit rural families and businesses.

Several workers from the Myer Construction Crew, including Supervisor Tyler Myers, did a nice job of talking with everyone and explaining the process of building fiber optics in rural Ohio.

From Amplex, we had CEO Mark Radabaugh, CTO Omar Yasin, and also Business Sales Manager Ryan Hill.

It takes a team of great people to come together and build an amazing service that allows rural Ohio to be at the forefront of internet technology.
